Operation & Maintenance (O&M) is one of the most critical ways to ensure that the solar power system gives the best possible generation. We work to maintain the plant infrastructure and equipment, with the goal of improving the equipment’s life by preventing excess depreciation and impairment. This enables the solar power plant to produce the maximum amount of solar energy throughout its operational period, perfectly aligning, efficiently, the interests of developers, clients and the investors.
Combining our team experience in plant maintenance and advanced diagnostics with our expert O&M staff using a remote monitoring system, we ensure the plant functions smoothly, thereby continuously generating solar power.
There are various parameters which can be monitored from the RMS. Trackso’s remote monitoring system helps in gathering the following information from the inverters
Apart from the basic checks, some specific checks happen as part of the preventive maintenance.
Modules: Modules need the maximum amount of preventive maintenance, and cleaning activities are majorly concentrated around them.
In normal conditions, where there isn’t too much dust or dirt, cleaning is carried out on a fortnightly basis. However, in dusty areas such as Rajasthan, the cleaning frequency is increased to once a week.
Earthing- earthing is one of the main failure points in solar power plants. In India the soil conductivity is different at different locations. But due to cost cutting in solar power plants, solar epc players are using very cheap earthing equipment for all locations. So for that we will provide the live soil conductivity of their earthing through our remote monitoring system, and at the same time we guide our customers for the same.
Inverter: Due to the wider operating range of DC Voltage, the inside temperature of the inverter is very high. So for that we ensure, our customers follow all the guidelines that are given in the installation time of the plant.
